PLO50, led flop on a whim PLO50, led flop on a whim

Opener is good tag, button is loose passive.

I think there are potentially multiple facets to my misplaying of this hand but i'm not well versed in the mechanics of leading so for all i know it could have been played ok. Pls let me know which if any criticisms apply as well as any others:

1. Fold pre oop at this stck depth?
2. Don't lead this flop as equity isnt that great? (but i cant ch call either can i?)
3. When deciding to bluff river (i) consider not doing so vs. loose passive?, (ii) Don't need to size so big?
