I'de start by checking. a lead of 23$ would be my first thought bit it is sooo obv no? Since the board is so loldry +ur blockers and gs I might check call Or bet really small/call to induce. Maybe BB reships kkxx 8xxx hands

thinking about it now away from the session I like chk/calling better than chk/raising (like what's bb gonna call with) or betting half the pot+shoving (obv indeed). btw I assume by $23 u guys actually mean $18 which is half the pot.

in the hand I lead $36.50 (bb not having to worry about more money going in otf, but still probably calling with any piece). $18 just felt too obv, not expecting to ever get called lightly if it went bet+call+shove+reshove. chk/calling or bet <1/2pot+calling feels it might be best though as it could induce a shove from bb with marginal holdings, after seeing all the $$$ in the pot if it checked to btn, who shoved and I called. also checking could lead to bb betting the flop bigger than I did.

turn was a 9 of hearts, I bet $36.50 again, bb pretty much insta-folded. btn had aces.
