Villain looks like a fish but haven't seen anything noteworthy other than being too loose pre.
I called river because I unblock 2567 and he should only have 33 for value and probably some 84/83. The average fish plays too straightforwardly to check back a hand like K8/44 on the flop in my experience.
Could have bet the turn also but it seemed a bit loose 4 way with little backup

I think opponent can easily have K8 so disagree with that assessment. That changes the situation a lot. Also it’s not a river random fish follow through on altho some do.

My study partner is really good with bud stats and he always looks at river aggression and red line of the player for this kind of situation. Without that it’s a bit of a guessing game.
