He's 75/10 after 20 hands.

His turn bet is weak so I'm thinking hearts with some kind of pair. Easy jam here?

I would have done the same. We dont have to put our money in on the flop, but on a blank turn against a weak bet from this type of player is a weak sign. He is on a fd, for sure. If u consider calling on turn, and if a heart comes on the river, when is being checked to you, i would like at his river bet%(though u dont have much hands on him). If its high, then I would bet. But turn shove is decent at this point.
