I am looking into optimizing my starting hand selection in a GTO manner and getting a feel for how starting hands perform as a % of overall starting hands.
Does anybody have some recommendations for a software that will provide this in real time for Pokerstars?
I read about NiceHandOmaha

It gives Real-Time 'Information' just like any approved pot odds calculator but it doesn't give you Real-Time 'Assistance' about what specific action to take based on that information.
