it was almost in the money in nightly 100k. min cash was 400 so would have been good. was mostly just an example of a hand i hand at my convenience. also the biggest buy in tourney that i play. and i have been cashing every tourney last 2 weeks and whiffing late

K, got it up to about $109

Do I go to 1c 2c plo with about 20 250bb stacks, go to 1c 2c plo with about 50 100bb stacks, or continue at 1c 2c nlh until I get more to play plo? Suggestions?

Build your BR back up at NL, PLO is still gonna be there.

Plus a couple days away will help. Go back over your hands you lost big. Look at them and be honest about if your getting it in bad, or really actually running bad.

Bottomline, be honest with yourself when it comes to poker.

Serious question for you guys: How often are your winnings below your EV in HEM? Obviously this happens a lot, but I've literally had about 15-20 days since last January 1st where I've actually been over EV. I really do hate to bitch(worst precursor ever ldo), but I cant help but feel like I run like complete ass. I'm not exaggerating, I did ~240k VPPs last year and had less than 20 days above EV.

This is pretty much standard for me:

My PTR is a joke and after a solid year of 1-2 days a week looking like the graph of this short session and all the others being under EV but not this extreme, I cant even play well anymore...if I ever did.

Honestly, I think everyone has felt like you do.

PLO is a exciting and really fun game. But it will rip your intestines out faster than Freddy on his worst night.

You just have to go back to the basics, review your hands, maybe read some books like Hwang, watch some videos. Sign up for monthly HH reviews with Leroy, do some sweats, sweat someone else and see how they play. Tighten up, reduce tables.

Like anything more you put into it, more you will get back.

I had one stretch of like 15k hands where my net $ line was greater than my net $EV line, every other stretch of hands my $EV was greater than my $ line. **** Poker

IBUF33 I would bet lots o monies that you ran above EV last year (by a large margin most likely), I think its pretty safe to say that my lots o monies would be safe
