If WHs support handles it so well, great. But fixing those things is still up to Playtech, sure bigger companies like WH can put a little more pressure to get issues fixed than some random small skins, but still they can't really do anything themself. There's 0% chance Playtech doesn't know about those issues, as they happen to anyone and has been around for years.
As I said before I think it's good that customers complain about those things, it gives poker rooms more incentive to pressure Playtech into fixing those. I really appreciate that you took the time to write that email and I think more players should. The only difference is that I'm just not optimistic that single customers (you) writing about those things seriously got them working to get it fixed.
I wouldn't really trust Playtech much as a company anyway, do some googling and you'll find pretty interesting/shady stuff. (one

It comes from experience, reporting bugs/annoyances to support in past and still seeing the same **** after years. Also they are (at least should be) monitoring 2+2/forums enough to have heard most of those issues dozens of times over the years even if no one reported them.
Of the issues listed itt recently I've complained at least about old tables opening when logging in and sitout next bb not working properly.
