iPoker has been running a genius office space scheme in currency conversions for years now. Doesn't really make any difference to players at least above nanostakes, but tells a lot about how these sites are ran.

Also napsus, you're being naive if you think playtech, ipoker or any major skins don't know about all those issues. Obviously that's just their standard bs answers to anybody complaining. Although I admit it doesn't take much of an effort to complain about them and if many enough did it, maybe they actually did something else than swept those issues under a rug. But I really don't understand where/how you got the impression that they're taking those things seriously. That reply is just "lol k whatever" worded slightly more politely.

Yeah, I was talking about rounding in favour of iPoker that isn't compensated for (so up to 0.01 currency unit is lost on every top-up), not explicit fees, forgot to link to the 2+2 thread as I thought most iPoker regs are aware of the issue already.

As far as support goes, chinz nailed it E.g. the notes issue was reported to them at least 31 month ago, to no avail

I spoke to them 10 different times, them asking for screenshots, for me to record a video of the problem and to describe them in great detail....and when I forgot to contact them, they reminded me always to following day.

It's pretty sad that you guys underestimate the value of constructive feedback and therefore not do it.

Concerning iPoker software's sitout bug, I have noticed that having auto top-up active unchecks the "sitout next bb" box every time when it reloads your stack.
I guess it "makes sense" from software POV (at least for iPoker) that if you go broke in a hand and have auto top-up enabled, it unchecks the sitout buttons so that you get to play the next hand.

You can circumvent this by manually reloading and unchecking the "auto top-up is enabled for this table" box, but at the start of the next hand you need to make sure the "sit out next bb" box is again checked.

Because I sent a review of the same problems at 770 and they did crapall. FWIW 770 management seem pretty dumb.

Anyone having login problems at Ladbrokes (MPN)? I can't get into StanJames either, both stuck 'checking versions' initial loader.

If WHs support handles it so well, great. But fixing those things is still up to Playtech, sure bigger companies like WH can put a little more pressure to get issues fixed than some random small skins, but still they can't really do anything themself. There's 0% chance Playtech doesn't know about those issues, as they happen to anyone and has been around for years.

As I said before I think it's good that customers complain about those things, it gives poker rooms more incentive to pressure Playtech into fixing those. I really appreciate that you took the time to write that email and I think more players should. The only difference is that I'm just not optimistic that single customers (you) writing about those things seriously got them working to get it fixed.

I wouldn't really trust Playtech much as a company anyway, do some googling and you'll find pretty interesting/shady stuff. (one short summary in finnish)

It comes from experience, reporting bugs/annoyances to support in past and still seeing the same **** after years. Also they are (at least should be) monitoring 2+2/forums enough to have heard most of those issues dozens of times over the years even if no one reported them.

Of the issues listed itt recently I've complained at least about old tables opening when logging in and sitout next bb not working properly.

Yea I have no idea of the connetion between WH and Playtech, but WH support has been on my ass everyday since I sent the email I posted here. Like 2-3 emails per day on avg asking specific details, now the asked to produce a vid of the bb sitout problem since they cant reproduce the error. So let's see what happens.

I don't know 100% sure what stakes you play, but I assume plo50 and plo100. Ongame has enough traffic on those stakes for you to pick 6 good tables most of the times and if you want to play every table then 12. Rb sucks obv, but software is in my opinion better than Ipokers and MPN doesn't have enough traffic.

Ongames traffic have dropped surprisingly little.
