Oops, it's beyond terrible then
I hope they're monitoring the situation and going to increase the caps soon. (Sorry, I just haven't played on iPoker since May ~20th as I'm at odds with a skin atm.)
My guess would be that the network is temprorarily experiencing so many technical problems that it has chosen to reduce the server load at its own huge expense of not getting enough rake. That's terribly similar to the overload that the Revolution network, also rotten by Lock's rakeback wars at the time, started experiencing on Dec 30th 2012 and, reportedly, every Sunday since then... we all remember the cash flow issues that followed
I'm hoping for the best, but my motivation to redeposit onto iPoker is dwindling.
I've started to fear that the fact that most skins have wealthy sportsbook sites means little; if some net winning skin is suffering from reconciliation payment debt from other, more rec-friendly, skins, the former isn't obliged to pay their players out of their pockets. It can just freeze poker balances of random (not all) people for artificial reasons as soon as opportunities arise and not release them until the debt is closed.
