Coral Poker and the iPoker network never recommend the use of 3rd party software such as game tracking or statistics software, any use of such software is at your own sole personal decision. If the use of such software causes any instability or performance issues within the Coral Poker download client, Coral Poker and the iPoker network cannot be held responsible for any of the issues you may experience due to the use of 3rd party software with the Coral Poker client. This policy is especially for the situations where you lose connection or gameplay is affected during any poker game sessions through the use of 3rd party software with the Coral Poker client; Coral Poker and the iPoker network will not refund or reimburse you for any losses sustained from the use of 3rd party software in conjunction with our own Coral Poker client.
Please turn off all 3rd party software you have running alongside the Coral Poker download client to check and see if the issues you have highlighted are still persisting, if the issues still persist then please obtain screenshots and the table/tournament ID numbers of what you are witnessing and send it to us at

I didn't ask for any refunds whatsoever. I only pointed out that there are some bugs in their program.
