The migration FAQ page at their old site and their pre-move newsletter to existing customers (leaked in the MSNL Micro regs thread per my request) said that all players could get the £1200 bonus after the move. Their new site probably doesn't take old (Microgaming) customers into account. I'll ask them explicitly, but giving a new 'welcome to iPoker' bonus on the first post-move deposit seems not to violate the network rules, as Betfair did issue the reload bonus for Ongame immigrants identical to the FDB for new (iPoker) signups a year ago.
I see no reason for Laddies not to offer it to retain customers, especially given that the VIP program gives poor returns until after one pays more rake than needed to clear the FDB. Even if one gets both welcome bonuses and clears them in full, the total return from the bonuses and the VIP program is less than 60%. (At other skins it's around 60% too for whores.)
Or have you already tried to deposit today and failed to get it?
If they don't offer it, then meh, on to the next skin...

I hope so too, and don't forget VIP freerolls (perhaps an extra couple of hundred dollars a month for the top guys, judging by race leaderboards of the old Laddies). I was referring not to the total value but the one specifically from the point exchange because it's a network (its recreational tier's, to be exact) rule that no VIP point converter can return more than 50%, but most skins of course strive to offer close to that limit to their top players.
The total value is expected to be similar to what other skins offer, though I'm not sure which affiliates will succeed at getting races for January. (I'm not talking about the ongoing December promos - the month is almost over.)
