In the is spot? I’m never calling but I’m happy to hear arguments for it. My end goal is to be a terrifying PLO player, my gut says this spot is a jam and it’s not close. But up for discussion for sure I could be wrong AF.

We're largely groping in the dark without knowing others stacks, and it could easily be the case that jam is best on that basis. On the basis that stack sizes haven't been provided, the most likely assumption in my mind is that that's because most of them have a decent chunk more money to play.
we really want calls specifically when we are up against a set. in those cases, we gain next to nothing by cleaning up our pair outs, and we want people to underwrite our NFD. i do think that given this action hero is not always up against a set (or maaaaybe even can get bare bottom set to fold; we also have slightly more ways to win with a boat against bottom set) and in those instances we have mixed feelings about call vs. fold since we might clean up some 2 pair outs or push people off a chop. for instance, if we jam and the next player rejams with T987hh or something, and last player folds bottom set, that's a fantastic result for us.

that exact scenario won't happen often at all, but it illustrates that there will be times where we gain more value from people folding to our jam than calling it. and, i think there are a lot of times where we want to force middling hands to make that decision on the flop - calling and letting bare 33 or AT97 or T763 play the turn in position is worse than either them calling the flop jam OR folding to it, imo.
