I contemplated hiring a coach, but to do that I think I need at least a couple hundred thousand hands for him/her to delve in to.
I was playing for a living (NLHE) before Black Friday and recently got back into the game. Just picking some area and focusing on that is going to be a good start. Getting some big picture overview of what solvers/GTO have done to change the games is also useful, and some of the adjustments you can even immediately apply. At the very least one can start learning GTO preflop ranges as a baseline. If you're playing and come up with some areas where you often feel uncertain (3bet pots as caller OOP?) then some set of videos/content might exist where you can put some effort in.
As for coaching, I think there's just going to be so much low hanging fruit that it's not a good use of money. I haven't used RIO, but if they have Discord/forums, you could ask where they recommend starting too.
