You're not playing very positionally. You need to tighten up in early position and loosen up late. I can't remember 'ideal' stats but there being a 0.1 jump between EP and MP is absurdly small.

How to increase both bb/100 and EV bb/100 is just to play better, there's no one way that's going to work for everyone, well, that is, other than improving tilt control. But you can start by paying more attention to position.

3b is also very low. It looks like you're 3betting only top tier premium hands. Especially in position you should consider widening your 3b range to include hands where you're more likely to get paid off if you hit, because they think you've got AAxx and are trying to rep the hand you actually have; not to mention the direct profitability of people calling to hit and then folding when they miss.
