O.K. just sat down but BTN is known over aggro fish and SB is FT reg that has one at the front of his name so a RR here will not get any folds. I'm planning on C/Ring until SB gets in before me. He could be doing this lighter than usual vs BTN if he knows him but IDK.

Full Tilt Poker $2/$4 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BTN: $228.90
SB: $345.50
Hero (BB): $400.00
UTG: $468.00
MP: $679.90
CO: $424.30

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with K Q 8 Q
3 folds, BTN raises to $9, SB calls $7, Hero calls $5

Flop: ($27.00) A K 8 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets $27, SB raises to $88, Hero??

Right off the bat I don't think a reraise would be good, we'd either take the pot down or be hoping to have 9 outs alot. QJT with spades is about the only big draw that might c/r, and with two Q's in our hand cuts down on possible combos. How often do you think the BTN is calling or reraising? The 35-40% equity we could have with just the flush draw would be allright 3 way, but if BTN is getting out of the way then calling isn't very desirable. Unless I was pretty sure BTN was calling/raising I would just let it go. It seems like we have to have 3 way action for a call to have proper odds, and even then there could be dead flush outs that might even make it -EV.

I like a flat more than a reraise. You're rarely going to be super happy about gtting it in here, as your pair outs could be useless.
