I dont know who else can have an access to these calculations.
Let me write a few more words why the "I have access to special calculations/materials/charts to train my game" explanation is totally ridiculous.
Its common knowledge who the big winners in PLO are, I am sure many people tried to copy their game. Lets use Cobus as an example, a lot of people have played against him, have all his stats and probably tried really hard to play like he does. I mean if someone managed to copy everything Cobus does he would have the same great results. So how many Cobus clones are out there? None. If it was possible to copy another players game entirely there should be plenty of them and there are none. How many coaches managed to create a perfect copy of themself when teaching their students how to play? The answer remains the same, none.
How is it possible then there are 27 predominately Russian accounts having exactly the same 21 RPTR stats as well as a lot of other stats from HEM. There is only one explanation, they have a program/bot that is giving them every single postflop decision and they just sit there and click the buttons as they are told.
The accounts playing on zoom never deviated from the bot that advice and also had the same preflop RFI from every position, much harder to spot foul play on zoom. The guys playing on regular tables had slightly different preflop stats and once in a while did something totally out of line on their own to appear fishy or tilted, but if we look at their postflop stats combined with all the other stuff I have described in my previous posts its obvious they are using the same bot.
