I had a 13 BI swong yesterday - normal for many, devastating for me as i have a 5 BI stop loss limit According to PokerEV 7 BIs of it was running bad the rest was monkey tilt spew - merry Xmas to everyone who played PLO50 on Stars yesterday...

Nothing tilts me more than when a 80/43/3 donk hits his hands and stacks me 3 times in a row arrgghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The only thing i can be proud of that i resisted the temptation to move up

Hehe i did. I think i lost 7 or 8 all ins with trips in a row now (see my rant above) so i was thinking God how will I lose this hand?

I just realized i didn't have a winning week in 2009! My confidence is below zero, thats why i hesitating and misplaying even easy hands.
