Game is 5/10, Villain is a creative tricky regular who likes to 3bet a fair bit. He views me as tight/solid.
$2500 effective

Pre: Fish limps, I make it 45 with KKc9c9, villain makes it 150 on the button, fish folds, I flat.

Board: 4c7c7s4h

Flop: I check, villain bets 220 to 310, I flat.
Turn: I check, villain bets 530 to 770, I fold.

Thoughts:

Not sure what I should be doing on this turn against this particular villain, think folding is fine but I probably shouldn't be in this spot originally.

I should 4betting this alot since my hand flops decently well in 4bet pots and is disguised as villain would usually put me on AA or AKQJ type hands to 4bet, it crushes his 3betting range from the button as well.
Given I 4bet, I think I would be b/c off this flop all day. Of course this is high variance.

Alternative line that was suggested could be to c/r the flop and pot the turn with my hand, maybe even get him off a lower 7.

Any comments are appreiciated.

yeah you should definitely be 4betting this a lot. oop against described villain especially.

turn spot you get yourself into is an example of why.

as played its probably a fold especially if you expect villain to follow through on river most of the time.
