Just call in position, your draws are close to nutted and inviting others while we’re in position is good. He’s giving us a good price too. That said I think your line is also +EV.

Having two kings in your hand, and particularly the K diamonds, weights them away from draws; meanwhile, having two kings in your hand means that if the J hits the turn you could force them off 2 pair, though that value goes down when there's a second flush draw on board (because they can easily decide to stack off turn with 2p and a fd).

The only other draw you fear is the nfd, which is less likely to hit given you have 3 diamonds in your hand, and will frequently (probably > 50% of the time) come along when you raise anyway, so raising doesn't clean up your outs that well. Some combo draws that you want to keep in will overcall but fold to a raise.

Lastly, your hand should be both easy to play on future streets and you keep your range wide by including strong hands like this.

The only wrinkle to a call is when you get jammed on by others and have to consider folding this multiway, but jamming to avoid that situation is not a good tactical response.

That's not to say that call is categorically better than jamming, jamming comes with its own benefits, but I would probably call. If there's more than 3 bbs in ev difference between the two here I'd be very surprised.

It's slightly too weak to raise on the flop. KKJT,KKJ9 probably even KKJ4 might be fine (the same suits).

But in grand scheme of things it doesn't make a dent on your win rate. This is a really marginal mistake. In some tight games it's a slightly bigger mistake and in others it might actually be fine.

Edit: If this was the worst mistake I made in a 500 hand session, I would be really, really happy.
