5-10-20 plo. Hero has 4K and is covered by whale station bb. Co and btn have 2k

Hero in str with KJssQ93ccc

Pre: Co limps, btn pot 100, bb calls, hero calls, co calls. 4 ways

Flop (405) : KcJd2c
So we have top 2, bad gutter, 2nd nfd. Do we donk with 3 non nut components?
Checks around

Turn (405) : 9d
Bb checks hero..

I'm folding pre.

Your 3c dangler is making your hand into only 4 cards. If the CO is doing a sneaky limp re-raise you have to pass.
If you're closing the action it's more of a justifiable call pre but it's still dicey.

As played, I am not sure of the correct play OTF.

This is a really complicated spot on the flop. I think we're basically in a mess and there is no perfect play.

We do have good blockers, a made hand, some house redraws and some imperfect flush and straight redraws,
but if we donk half pot and get potted I think we have to pass. If we donk full pot and get potted I think we have to call off GII against a 2K stack (or repot GII v the 4K stack)
So I am ruling out donking for half pot or for full pot as it can result in us being blown off our equity or us getting it in, in only okay shape at best, or in bad shape at worst.

If we check and it goes pot I think we find a fold against a 2K stack but a call against the 4K stack. We can check call a half pot size bet against any of the stacks..

There might be a case to donk small here, for say 135 and pass to a raise. The small lead may get us heads up and then we can play some turns
having a decent idea of the caller's range. So that's what I think I would do, donk for 135, or I would check call up to a half pot sized bet, or a full pot bet from the 4K stack.
I am not sure which of the two is better, the small donk or the check call options.

As played, on the turn, I'm never leading as four way there are a lot of possible straights against us or an opponent who can rep a straight holding blockers
who can blow us off our equity by potting our donk lead. So I would check call any bet size from any of the players and re-evaluate on the river.

This is a tough one especially on the flop but I would never be calling pre so I won't ever have to face this spot.

I'll make this PF call depending on the lineup and mood, but it is a good-fit or fold type of hand, and you flopped meh, so I'd be getting ready to fold, but now nobody seems to want the pot so...

Check flop. Happy it checked around. BB checks, I check Turn. I'm planning to call any bet less than 3/4 pot from CO or BTN assuming BB folds, but call full PSB if there is a bet and at least one call. If CO or BTN had NFD+, I would have assumed they'd bet that flop, so I'm now considering Q-high flush getting there the nuts. I'm assuming straight's going to be no good, but with flushes and 3 pair, I'll peel if I get a good price.

I don't like calling a PSB to get HU in this spot because the opponent is turning their hand face up (QT anyone?), I would have to know how likely they are to pay me off vs fold on scare cards to make it worth it to stick around.

Note: I'd bet the turn if it didn't make the straight possible.

It checked down, Tx river and hero wins with the straight. Whale announced 2 pair but he might have rivered that. If he had it on turn he might have called half pot on turn.
