Online PLO50-100, 100 bigs effective.

Assuming you know nothing about the player, and either flop or turn a K high flush on a non paired runout, how often should we be calling 75-100% pot bets on each street?

Probably less often than I do.

The standard answer is probably the one above. Coming to the Flop you have to decide how often this is the naked Ace, set or perhaps lessor flush with set/2pr. If HU, then this becomes a problem since that frequency needs to be pretty high to turn a profit.

Having zero reads, it comes down to how you want to play your game. ABC exploitable or fire multiple bullets showing them that you are willing to call down?

In my live Player pool I have V who will call down with 9-high flushes .. so you better have it! GL

I would say an overwhelming majority of players at that limit are bombing pot or near pot with the nuts only.

If we don't have any VPIP stats to indicate they are a maniac or playing too much I often feel forced to call flop and turn if the pot is smallish and cry when i fold the river.

Arguably we should just find a fold on the turn if villain pot bets twice, but sometimes I seem to misplace the fold button.

Hard to call down with the nuts with no reads. If villian shows up with a bluff or flashes a lesser flush just mark it down and move on.

The price for information in these spots will be all or near a stack. Your call if its worth the investment lol.
