Just call preflop - no need to 3-bet oop with this hand. Double suited to 3-bet here. I think you can fold to the 4-bet and I definitley prefer calling to 5-betting.

3b preflop is good, and I think I would just get it in. Random guy who has sat down with 73bb feels like a fish, and some percent of the time has just deciced to gamble with some doublesuited stuff or connected cards.

Def 3 bet this - crazy not to. Have to call it off with the extra money in the pot and BB just having 72 bb

Avoid '100% sure' statements. You are never 100% and should never think you are. In the same way you can't prove that black swans don't exist, a lifelong super nit who has never bluffed before (you've never seen him bluff! because he does it rarely and well) suddenly finds a bluff on the river. One of my funniest poker memories was jamming a turn with trips and a big draw and the guy folds the underfull, saying 'I'm 100% sure you had me beat. But maybe I was wrong' with absolutely no sense of irony or self-awareness. I did not show.

If you are 100% sure that he has AA, then you're burning at a guess 0.5-2bbs by jamming his last 20 rather than calling. By calling you save money on a few ace high flops.

There's some maths to do on ranges as to whether you have the equity to call the 4b but with two others in the pot I'd be surprised if you didn't.

Did you see how short the original raiser is?

Make it 8 bb so an mp jam reopens the betting.

As played I guess call the 4b and stack off on almost every flop.
