How to play in BB vs 55% steal rate

I see a lot of players at GG Poker with steal rates in the 55% neighborhood and some even in the 70% area. Do you loosen up your 3bet range in these cases or keep your play standard? They rarely fold to a pot 3bet and then we are oop. I feel at this % of steal and call they could almost have any 4 cards.
Here's an example hand. Effective stacks 100 BB
Scenario 1: Hero with KJT8 single suited to the K.
BTN raises first in 3.5BB, SB fold BB (hero)...
Scenario 2: Hero with 8854 double suited
BTN raises first in 3.5BB, SB fold BB (hero)...

both look like calls to me

Never folding either. Sometimes would 3 bet, especially the first.
