If I was playing a live $5 PLO game I’d expect to win 3 - 5 stacks per day, and occasionally lose a few stacks when running like dogshit.

In the 2-5 NL game I play in, it's a $1,000 max buy-in initially; then you can match the highest stack. There aren't many people straddling. In a 6-hour session, a big loss in that game is $3,000.

In the 5-5 PLO game I play in, it's a $1,000 max buy-in initially; then you can match the highest stack. Almost everyone straddles. In a 6-hour session, a big loss in that game is $5,000-10,000.

My PLO game is about 2.5x the variance of the NL game with the same blinds. Maybe it's closer to 3x if we do mandatory UTG straddles instead of on the BTN.

If I had to totally guess, the win rate of a crusher in the PLO game should be able to make 1.5-2.5x as much as a crusher in the NL game (it's probably closer to 1.5x). PLO is insane variance though, so you will never be able to figure out your true win rate.
