How Do You Play the Nut Flush OOP? How Do You Play the Nut Flush OOP?

I play live 5-5. Pots are super multiway. On an unpaired three-flush board, everyone seems to be deathly afraid of the nuts.

Without any specific reads, how do you try to play the nut flush OOP to get max value? Bet, bet, bet? Go for a check-raise, then bet every street after? Other fancy ways?

What hands do you play similarly to balance? Top set? Second set? Nut-flush blocker?

How do you play the second-nut flush OOP?

This is image dependent and also what your expectations are of other V to play back at you with nothing if they assume/know you have a flush and want to steal on a Board pair (if they think you are 'good enough' to fold in those spots).

I think you should mostly bet small here with sets/Ace-King blocker/made flushes down to the 4-5th nuts (READ THE BOARD PLEASE). With a 2 or 3-card Broadway Board I might go bigger since the likelihood of two pair and sets exists. Also a big factor is who was the PF aggressor and are the Nits still in the hand.

Certainly if the Flop check through then you want to bet 1/4-1/3 pot and see where that takes the hand.

It's amazing at how often just one green chip will clear the field in these spots. BUT the more 'poker' being played at the table the tighter your range should be when you bet out so you don't get blown off your sets on the Turn.

Max value .. 25 on the Flop, 60 on the Turn and 100 on the River if the Board runs out clean. GL
