If we're being practical:
AhKh/Kh9h = nuts;
9h8h = second nuts (Q5 on QQ752 isn't the third nuts, after all, except maybe in a shady game);
JJ = third nuts.
The absolute scale (where JJ is the fourth nuts) isn't of much strategic relevance, and no one should use it.

Expanding: one or more of other players will have flopped a straight flush roughly 15% of the time. Iow, quite a lot. That number rises to nearly 100% when the hand will be posted on 2+2.
