I've gotten so much better at de-tilting over the years; all steamed out 45 minutes later, back to the grind.

I also feel like I am good at de-tilting to the level that it doesn't affect my life, but I always end up taking the rest of the day off after a bad session (sometimes longer). I have to work on getting back in the "playing mood," or I am never gonna start getting decent volume in.

yeah, it's never affected my outside life really, but it sure does get frustrating at times. a glass of wine and forcing yourself to laugh it off really helps.
