I remember when once during one of the hu ftops events deep ITM I disconnected, and had a friend look and like 1/2 the field had disconnected while the other 1/2 was still in. Dude blinded me down to nearly nothing before I could connect back, when I busted I complained to FTP and they told me too bad and that sometimes "hubs" of the internet would go down and thats what caused the disconnect and it def wasn't there problem. I berated them asking them if they knew how the internet even works and then they just ignored me.
YES FTP WHEN ONE OF THE "HUBS OF THE INTERNET" GO DOWN THERES NO WAY FOR THE TRAFFIC TO BE ROUTED DIFFERENTLY IT WAS OBV NOT YOUR PROBLEM
