I've actually played a lot of PLO and HU PLO but not in the MonkerSolver era.
I'm wondering what the general structure of HUPLO preflop play looks like (not bvb in a 3+ handed game), for example:
Does one limp the button? If so what are rough % for fold/limp/raise.
What % does the OOP BB 3-bet/call/fold?
Etc.

for 100 bb play I believe it is open 90% from SB, fold 30% from BB. I want to say 3 bet is around 20%?

When we are button facing a 3bet, do we ever fold bottom of our opening range, or do we continue 100%?

Do you mean we open fold 10% from button, or after we open we fold 10% of our opening range to a 3b?

Once we open from the BTN and face a 3B, we fold only 10% of our opening range
