propokertools.com says these two hands have different equities:
as ks js 5s
as kd jd 5h


how is this the case? Does the opponents range not contain the same number of flushes in both scenarios? (9c4) + (9c3*35c1) + (9c2 * 35c2)

I think it's just deviation. These sims are pre-run (sorry for bad English, hopefully you get what I mean) so at those 600,000 times the first hand won 128,846 while the second one 129,047. If you run it again from scratch you'll get slightly different results, that's just standard deviation.
