Poker Stars $1/$2 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 5 players - View hand 25840
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Hero (CO): $200.00
BTN: $288.05
SB: $204.60
BB: $381.75
UTG: $402.30

Pre Flop: ($3.00) Hero is CO with 6 T K Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $7, BTN calls $7, 2 folds

Flop: ($17.00) K 2 T (2 players)
Hero bets $16, BTN calls $16

Turn: ($49.00) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $47, Hero raises to $177 all in

Villain is 23/5/2 tight-aggro reg. He probably views me as loose-aggro and knows I am continuation-betting this flop a fair bit. I haven't been out of line at all this session.

Consider my options and tell me what you think is the best play.

On such a dangerous-looking board, I think you should definitely either c/c or b/c turn. How often do you really think he's betting a worse hand? Rarely ever, imo.

For reference (BTW I'm not trying to imply that his range only consists of AJ, but I do think that's going to be the majority of his range):
board: KcTc2hQh
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
AJ** 71.23% 427,232 271
KsQsTh6h 28.77% 172,497 271

I agree that it's AJ or J9 a lot -- I'd c/c this turn. It's obv not a certainty, but I think he'd probably raise up the flop with AJ with cc, this smooth seems like it's naked wrap type hands a good amount, some other stuff too ofc, but yeah I think c/c is the best play and then evaluate on river. We could also turn this into a bluff sometimes on the river.

I c/c this turn all day. You said he was tight and tight players generally dont float then bet the turn on a scare card.

23/5 aggro ? that sounds like a contradiction in terms

I prefer to cc the turn

I don't like it unless there's something we don't know about Villain. Sucks that he bet full pot on the turn, call and try to suck out. Betting the turn doesn't seem to have much purpose with your hand either, so I have to plus one check/calling.

I like a b/c way more than c/c or c/r

dont really like c/c or b/c if he has a str8 here a lot. dont think we'd get paid off a lot so id fold.

that said i like your play.

I think he definitely folds J9xx in this spot.

@ Praetor - he is passive preflop but aggressive enough postflop to be betting a set/ most two pairs and any straight on the turn.

I think I like check-call and bet any club, heart, K, Q and T probably.

C/C is best, you have good implied odds because people are aware of naked straight plays and think you're looking to fold out a chop when you shove a paired or flush river.

He villain doesn't pay off a lot then that means we have the equity of our hand PLUS a bunch of bluffing outs.
