Is it enough to stack off here? The worst thing to be up against would be straight plus higher FD and against anything else we have reasonable equity or am I missing something?

Dont think we are often ahead if we get it in and villain pots 4 way so don't seem like he will be getting away

Having two 9's is pretty bad (we want villain to have T9 hands).

You are roughly 50% vs. JJ+:ss and also vs. 65, which are the main kinds of hands CO has which pots and stacks off. If villain pots and stacks off light you might be doing better sometimes, if villain often has 65:ss or T9:ss (although having the 9s helps there, I guess) you might need to hit quads .

As PPG said we can have a leading range here, and this hand is a good candidate.

Call is better than raise , easily.

Like other poster has pointed out, having the 99 is very bad as we block many t9 and jt9 combos that could credibly bet the flop.

For similar reasons, hero is unlikely to have much, if any, fold equity. Even if villain thinks he is behind, he will have strong and nut draws that are priced in.
