I'm calling the river against almost anyone in that spot.
There are spots to fold the 2nd nuts in PLO but I don't think that's one of them, especially after you underrepped your hand by playing it so passively.

Villain can show up with A 10 X X, but with your flop play. . .villain doesn't have to have that type of hand as often to bet river.
If you're playing the flop here to widen his betting range then you should expect to make adjustments to widen your calling range on the river in a spot like this sometimes.
