Hard to say much in absence of reads / stats on BTN.

Generally speaking, he knows you 3bet pre, so if he doesn't have AA himself, he knows you might have it. So his raise is super strong. He also knows holding 25 is unlikely for you. So here he either:

1) Has AA

2) Has 25

3) Has some blocker to the wheel, like AJ55

4) some crazy play, but i doubt it

Flop I like to range bet for 1/2 pot, facing such a large raise I think we’re fine waiting till we have two pair+ to go with it. Very rare to see villain with less than 2 pair here

Looks like a good fold. Stack sizes are too small to multi-barrel with air. And what's he semi-bluffing with except something like 4567? Thit's simultaneously unlikely yet would have big equity against you.

You have to figure he has at least AKxx or better. He's gambling that you don't have AA, and not a bad gamble since that's a prime flop for AA to check-trap.

Looks like he has at least TPTK+ and is willing to go with his read. Or even was slowplaying AA preflop. The best you could hope for is AQxx for the chop but that's pretty far-fetched.

I think this is close but a fold - I don't think 25 would jam the flop unless he thinks you have AA solely, but he probably has 25 at some frequency. I like either going smaller on this texture or checking - bet/folding here isn't fun, and even if we get called we can't really bet again. There's really not much value to be had.

Could be a pure range play, which I agree would be unlikely, but not totally out of the question.
