Flush plus inside straight draw

10ak flop spadesx
4bet pf have about 300 bbs on flop 3 way. Original raiser pf pots putting me all in is it a standard call with one other person in pot besides me and pf raiser? Opponent 2 raised otf when pf raiser went all in I figured opponent one in on flush draw like me and the pf raiser probably flopped the nut straight.
My hand was aqxx spades so needed a jack or spade for nuts. If opponent 1 is on flush draw and pf raiser flopped nuts most likely is this a call standard for 300 bbs With 50 bbs in pf?
