Was very excited about this hand because it was my first nut wrap. The river made me want to puke. Can I call this bet size or is it always a flush?

Another spot where it probably just is a fold due to people not bluffing a lot in this spot especially with this sizing. But you can't make a habit out of it since it would mean you're folding too much. So pick your spots.

looks very wp.
nandez said check all flushing and straightening turns.. probably some balance thing, i see no reason not to value town fish tho

like guy above said, it would be a "mistake" to fold riv esp to this size when u take a line that induces a stab

Having the A, J or 9 is pretty important here ... not so much against fish who are calling A432 pre. and on this flop, but certainly as you move up (and it'll help you balance calls vs. folds with the same hands).

You should also be checking (and then raising) this turn, for a whole bunch of range and hand strength reasons ... but it'll also help because if it checks through and you check river (or even bet ½ pot) it's more likely villain isn't bluffing when bets or raises happen.

Also, pre. is a fold with no suits (although you might be able to get away with it at his level).

Hi
Why do you fold pre ? isn't it enough to open a connected hand with A high

To be fair I don't have matrix, and a quick look suggests even rainbow this is ~20% hand so maybe robots play it for a profit. Saying that ...

Not from UTG. For example this board is amazing for your hand, but if it wasn't rainbow:

ProPokerTools Omaha Hi Simulation
600,000 trials (Randomized)
board: A87
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
AwJxTy9z49.51% 287,23719,611
60%:ss50.49% 293,15219,611

...and that's HU, as we saw in your original hand you aren't going to be HU much until you get much higher stakes (and people will play crappy flush draws).

Believe it or not, the matrix does open this hand UTG, but you do have to play well postflop in order to make money off of it.

Fold pre (nor big mistake tough). With ss fine open.

River is always value. After calling you twice villains range is heavily weighted towards AsXs
