Can a PLO hand that can't make a straight or flush possibly be a good hand multi-way?

Such as KK-22 unsuited when it's looking very obvious aces are out and it's strong multi-way action. Was in this spot twice, other time KK-88 unsuited. Once two guys had aces as advertised. So the point is kind of if you are beat already and can't make a straight or flush, the hand/spot mega-sucks.
One time I played and lost stack. The other time I folded and would have flopped quads. Ouch.

Yes, under the right conditions. The closer you are to closing the action, the better. The better position you have, the better. The better odds you have, the better. The deeper stacks are, the better, in general, though OOP the opposite can be true. And the worse your opponents are, the better. There are going to be a few spots where I'm happily pitching KK88r but other spots where i'm loving life with 2277r.

Double paired hands are pretty good multi way provided they are somewhat higher pairs. KK88 is a good hand in the sense that when you flop a set most likely you'll either have top set or middle - 2277 has the inverse action. They hold more weight in 4 card than 5 card for obvious reasons - the good thing about these hands is they're very easy to play postflop multiway for the most part.
