does anyone in the uk use sky broadband? if so, are you aware of an issue where the router, for whatever reason, decides to go to sleep for ~5-10mins around midnight? was playing wcoop turbo last night and dc'd for about that period of time. googled today and found pattern of similar incidents across last few years of sky routers deciding midnight is zero hour and they should turn themselves off for a while, but a lot of them deal with superseded hardware and no report is less than a year old, so still not totally sure if the timing was coincidental or if they never resolved the issue.
called sky this morning and they couldnt help as they dont keep records of service outages longer than 24hrs. well, why would they?

I have sky. Never noticed it going down at midnight on the dot, but definitely frequently in the middle of the night, usually 2/3/4ish. That goddamn pink 404 screen.

Played a 25/50 in the Star, Sydney, tonight. One of the players at the table went on probably the worst rant of vitriolic racist abuse I've ever seen in my life and the head staff there did nothing. I can't repeat any of what was said but it's was mainly anti Semitic and aimed @ a young Jewish guy at the table. Just can't believe the guy wasn't given a single warning or talking to by a supervisor or manager, although in reality he should 100% have been thrown out.
