As played what is the objective of betting river, are you trying to fold better hands and chops? Aq has a lot of showdown value so i'm not really seeing a need to try and fold worse.
Also Hero should fastplay a lot of his boats on flop anyway so it's not a particularly convincing story when he bets river. Similarly, a jt straight may checkback.
Bets are like car horns. They're not very effective unless they're loud enough. Bet loud enough on the flop to get people's attention, or don't bet. I prefer not to bet here. Your hand is not strong enough that you particularly want to deny equity, and because people expect the nut flush draw to bet more often than not, you might fold out some lower flush draws that would pay you off if you let them hit.
I’m bombing flop, pretty easy to rep boat on turn with big flop sizing.

River I really don’t think we should bet because if he didn’t believe us on flop or turn he’s probably not buying what we are selling on river. Agree with moni, JT often checks back given the board texture.
