Hi all, I'm an experienced hold 'em player but relatively new to PLO. I'd appreciate any feedback you have on this hand. Apologies if this isn't formatted the way it should be; it's been a long time since I posted on 2p2:
9-handed
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50, no rake
Stack sizes in parentheses, where relevant
UTG ($34.30) calls $0.50
UTG+1 ($142.14) calls $0.50
Hero ($118.39) with AsAcKs4d calls $0.50
[there's usually at least one PFR, so I limped with the intention of 3-betting if it made sense]
UTG+3 calls $0.50
UTG+4 calls $0.50
CO folds
BTN ($39.50) raises to $4.25
SB folds
BB folds
UTG calls $4.25
[UTG is -EV player who likely has a wide range]
UTG+1 calls $4.25
[UTG+1 is loose but competent]
Hero raises pot to $23.00
[in this particular game, the limp-reraise screams aces but I thought it was still +EV to reraise, even if I'm turning my hand faceup. Am I wrong?]
Folds around to Button, who calls $23.00
UTG jams for $34.30 total (extra $11.30)
UTG+1 calls $34.30
Hero calls $34.30 (not able to raise)
Button calls $34.30
Pot size: $138.95
Flop 6h 5d 3s
UTG+1 jams ($84.09 to me)
I call
Is this ever a fold? Obviously, it's not a great flop for me but I figured I've got enough equity to justify calling $84.09 to win $223.04. Is this an easy call, an easy fold, or somewhere in the middle? If UTG+1 had checked, do I check behind or jam?
