Optimal sizing on this flop is a very complicated question, especially if we consider that btn range should be much wider than sb.
On this texture I would generally expect large sizings to be more polar.
Hero has flopped a very strong hand and does not need much protection. Against proper disciplined sb ranges hero does not have much of a range advantage, especially in terms of broadway cards.
Even though 43 presents straight draws, neither opponents should connect strongly with it most of the time - this can be viewed a somewhat dry board.
For that reason Hero can both checkback at high frequency, or choose between various smaller sizings. We often want to reserve large bets for hands that benefit more from fold equity.
This hand in particular is a great hand to checkback and protect our range.
Against an overly loose opponent, we don't need to think about balance and want him to keep continuing with an improper range - the best way to do that is by not betting too large.
I would have practically no bet sizings between 50-75% of pot because i feel like it is not extracting the right amount of value from weak-medium hands that continue for a smaller sizing and stronger hands that would call more.
In this spot, vs this opponent, I would be very happy to continue with a 40%-50% psb, a normal sized cbet that doesn't indicate much about Hero's overall hand strength.
