You told him exactly what you had via your preflop reraise and small bet on the flop. He knows you have AA or at worse KKA, so he played to take it from you if you let him. If you pot the turn, he just gives up.
By reraising preflop you will face this situation most of the time with hands like this, so you better decide what your standard play will be now, not in the middle of a hand.
For most players, they are way better off calling this hand preflop with these stack sizes.
