Assuming you knew it was a high variance play and just opted out, due to mental game concerns or whatever, I think this is the clear second best choice and I've done it occasionally ... you are probably winning ~$3 on the hand, but sometimes losing $30 hurts way more than knowing the long term +$3 was there.

Also doubt you see them GII here with KK/QQ/etc. ... first because they don't have it much, and second because they can probably just fold them when they do and call their any4 to see if they hit.
