5/10 plo

8 handed game
game is not full of fishes but pretty big action with decent players who aren't afraid to shoot

Hero (4.5k) is utg with AcQcTh3h, raise to 40

utg+2 (7k) calls, weakest player of the game, loose pre but will play straightforward in multiway pots though

btn (8k) calls: stuck a bunch, is on tilt

BB main vilain (6k) 3bets to 210, usually a good player but he is on massive tilt because he just made a bad call earlier, just had a huge tournament score so is a bit careless about the money, has 3bet 3 out the last 4 hands.

Hero calls 210, everyone else calls

flop (850) JsTc4d

Everyone checks

Turn (850): JsTc4d 5c

Main vilain bets 650, I call, utg+2 and btn calls

River (3450) JsTc4d 5cTd

Main vilain asks the dealer how much is in the pot and bets 2250$, Hero???

Based on info you gave, I would not be surprised to see V show up with a lot of T5/55 here. Fold.

What info would lead you to believe that?

OP,
Can he be value betting worse? KQT8/QT97/KKT4/etc. could all be betting here, along with the more than occasional bluff from a tilted, careless with money guy. The 2 players behind should rarely ever have you beat.

What about potting the turn?

I thought about potting the turn but i did that vs him like 30 minutes before and he folded, dont think he was in a folding mood this time and plus i wanted extra value for my draw from the 2 players behind.
Also by potting turn, im repping exactly what i have or 55 which is unlikely.

Plus he bets the turn and bets the river, consistent with filling up on the last two streets

this is 6789cc or similar hand 90% of the time, I'm bombing turn vs described villain, screw the other guys in the pot, I want all of his $$$ now

hero calls

I doubt he checks flop to c/R vs described people, you probably dont stab much 4way OOP, and you said UTG+2 is straightforward, so you can exclude JJ, JTxx, you beat a lot of his value hands like KQTx, KKTx, QQT9...
dont think you should worry about people left to act, you always have a better hand then them

Cool post, villain is repping jj/jt primarily, weaker boats are less likely to take this line

I think call is fine, sometimes for a chop, hero is close to the top of his range for the action and given the price it should never be a large mistake

villain being on tilt here is not a very big factor imo given he is described as a good player, it should only slightly increase hero calling frequency

1. Is Villain KR?

2. Not knowing who V is, I would call. Villain is attacking capped ranges, you are at the top of your range, the villains behind are unlikely to have you beat, the price is good, villain can also be turning 54x, Jx hands into a bluff, you block a large number of his value hands.

call river,

I think this hand is too weak to open utg and call the 3bet with.
