Just my 2cents;

I think I’m calling river but I don’t want to.

He full pots flop into you, the SB and the PFR, ok so he can have some TT, occasional 77 I guess?

But in this spot with this sizing I’d expect a lot more combo draws or like overpairs with FD trying to take it down.

He folds out everyone but you, and you have mediocre draws or dry dogshit 2 pairs because you flat the PSB.

Turn brings flush, he barrels 1/2 so now he’s repping flush or set trying to fold out straights.

River brings 4th club, and pairs the board, also possible straight flush.

So less likely he has flush since 4th club, less likely he has TT.

Now he barrels 2/3 pot. I mean if he’s got NF or quads and value towning me in this spot fair enough but I think given flop was checked to him and he has triple barrelled I expect to see some blockers that got carried away here reasonably often, maybe even some hands that were value on the turn but have realised they might not be good on the river and have turned into bluffs? Could also turn something like 89Tx into a bluff given your passive line?

The difference between a $20 buyin and $20 bb is enough to make this a call or a fold, potentially.

If you just fold the river every single time here I doubt it's easily exploitable.

Consider leading the flop.

With overpair nut gutter and fd, I'd be thinking xr flop.
