Another 200bb+ trips spot.

its ugly no matter which way you look at it.

getting it in is a nightmare.

calling might work out ok this deep against plenty of players because there is >2PSB on the turn. You would still have to check/decide 100% of the turns and fold turn against a sizable bet unimproved. By calling you hope for a few turns that he will check back.

c/r turn for value as well as a bluff if you are feeling frisky and get the right vibes.

Folding flop is also an option and probably the easiest option.
