Dear community I have been playing 10k hands in PLO10 zoom and I lost 15bb/100 which is terrible
I would like to share my stats so that you can maybe spot some obvious leaks.
I know that there might be a huge portion of variance in that sample but I think it has some value sharing it

My general observations and thoughts
- I play pretty tight as I would not consider myself a solid player so I limit myself to drawing hands with good potential or hands with an equity advantage and stay away from marginal hands that will put me in dominated situations postflop
- I have the feeling that I am paying too often too much money to then fold on later streets
- I have a hard time finding the spots where I can apply aggression
- Even though I see my opponents do anything but play good poker, I cannot really find a way to exploit it
- I have read "mastering small stakes pot-limit-omaha" by Jnandez and try to base my game on that book

I'm learning as well, but a lot of the "exploitation" at micros is folding when they make their hand and punishing them when we have a strong hand. Not paying them off and drawing with dominated hands will go a long way.

There is room for the exploits you're talking about as well, but you have to pick your spots. Stealing abandoned pots for example. I'm guilty way too often of trying to play tricky and represent hands when they're just never folding. So the exploit is to just play solid fundamentals.

Is this 6 max or FR?
Play more hands in LP and fewer from EP. Stop calling from the SB. 3B is too low also, you're basically running up a flag that says 'oh look, I haz aces'.

Do you have ranges from somewhere? It seems that you need ranges.

You should be opening sth like:
12-16% utg
14-20 mp
20-28 co
40-50 BU

And for sb mostly CO range
Find sth in between that you Are comfortable with and get those ranges in
Have not worked with it but nicehandomaha software could help to learn which % of hand you got

The rake at $10 zoom is at least 15bb/100, so your results aren't as bad as they seem.
