Do not expand your range by playing double-suited versions of triple-suited hands, or single-suited versions of double-suited hands - thats generally too lose.

Detailed explanation below:
roughly, hand classes is how the GTO software / trainer group hands in 4-cards PLO. So you have all the paired hands 22-AA, their single suited and double suited versions. Then you have all the unpaired hands, their single suited and unpaired versions.

Obviously, there are a lot more combinations in 5/6 cards, but we can still loosely use the concept of "hand classes" for discussion.

In your example, T987xx (ds) and T987xx (ss) would be considered different hand classes. So you might expand your range by playing T98654 (ds) or 987643 (ds).

At the end of the day though, a large part of your expanded range comes from playing weaker kickers: hands like triple suited hands that have an A and a couple of broadway cards (AxxJyyTzz type hands), or pair / double pair hands.
very good, understand now what you mean.
Don't agree completely with how to widen the range, but have to give it more thought first.

In the meantime, let's do an actual hand example:
My hand: Q-Q-10-10-7-7, ds

Action:
2 limpers, late open raise, i defend BB, then first limpers 3bets, limper 2 calls, raiser 4bets
At this point it's clear they all wanna get it all-in, i fold, don't wanna gamble here. It ends up in a 3way all-in (with me would have been 4 way)

Now, should i put it in with that hand, what do you think?

I don't think so. You're slightly ahead vs two good ds AA hands (37%) but crushed vs. AAds and a high rundown (14%). Add in the third player who's likely sharing your outs and making straights with your outs makes it a fold imo.

agree.
you think it'll be more of a call if better connected, say q-q-j-j-10-10 ?

By the way:
Those numbers are good guesses, or where did you get them from?

It's definitely more of a call simply for the fact we won't get over set as often because ofc, the caller's going to have 77-QQ a lot. Obviously there are other reasons for it being better as well. These hands are much prettier than they play though. It's probably a closeish fold. As someone mentioned earlier, not having an Ace to start the hand is a major handicap and here we don't even have a K-high suit.

Odds Oracle. I mentioned it in a reply to you in the SS PLO forum.
