looking for a 1/1 game... anywhere in us offer this consistently

Have no direct info as I don't live in the US, but I would doubt there is such a game. In Germany the lowest I saw is 2/4 (while the norm being 5/5 and 5/10), Vienna surprisingly 1/2 and there are 0.5 / 1 games in Eastern Europe (played one in Romania).
The casino wouldn't really manage to make enought money for themselves and the dealers at 1/1, even with high rake.
