TPB is dead ... so we might be looking at a long delay ... maybe someone from pokercast will up it.

Yes I never understood how he became the 2+2's favorite of the november 9 players. After all (despite him having a nickname) he's just a live player who doesn't sympathize with online players, 2+2 or nerds in general at all.
Yet immediately after the final 9 were known people were worshipping him and starting new threads about how he is the greatest MTT player in history.

But it must be the TV effect, if someone is unknown but successful he is admired, but if you see players play with their hole cards known, everyone becomes a hated donkey who got results purely based on luckboxing hands.

Did anyone pick up on MM belittling the Russian once it got to 3 handed? Saying "English? Raise?", rolling his eyes and then making a comment to Oppenheim about being the ones that can talk. It was totally condescending.

Could a single MTT of any poker variant be considered more skill than luck?

Razz maybe? lowball?

TBH I'm getting sick of this crap at practically every single major FT in holdem.

Oh and MM isn't?

I mean he waited until it was 3 handed to acknowlege an inferior human since he can't speak english. It's a douchebag move as a human. But hey, the Grinder rules! He awesome and can do what he pleases; amirite?

Quality of newly uploaded videos is always bad until youtube finishes processing them, then they suddenly change to the high quality ones. You see a poor quality preview until then.

If the guy is going to come to America to play poker he should at least make the effort to learn some of the basic poker lingo

In terms of the coverage, new graphics and position info is an improvement. Still the same old deal though, tons of commercials and very little poker.

To all the haters, do you think MM really cares if you think he's a donk? He's made millions upon millions with his style, so does it really matter? Would you rather play flawlessly (in your minds) and do just OK, or play like he does and make 10 million in tourney winnings? You really think it's all luck?

I didn't take it as condescending really.
It was the hand where he had trip Jacks, And I thought MM just thought it was strange that he just flat called Opie's(?) River Bet and didn't RAISE.

Therefore he asked him if he spoke English, and then kind of jokingly told him to say "Raise" (In that situation, with trip Js).

However saying this, He's still a tool.

Yes, I think he logs in here, reads the criticism and weeps.
