I can't believe someone picking Norman Chad. Both he and Lon McEachern are by far the most enjoyable announcers to me. They are always funny, sympathetic and cooperate always perfectly. Furthermore they helped to virtually revolutionized the game. I'm absolutely certain that the World Series would have never worked so well without them. They would be terribly missed if they seperated some day.
And by the way, what you guys already call bad is at least still average to me. If you really want to see a horrific commentator, you definitely need to check out German TV announcer Michael Körner. He's hosting literally everything in Germany, whether it's WSOP, Poker After Dark or High Stakes Poker.

It's almost like a "crowd only" track.
And if you understand German, you know that's he's nothing but boring, annoying and arrogant. He even corrects the best players in the world, although he is often ridiculed when he's talking about or playing Poker with a pro. Who's with me for giving him the worst commentator award?
